It's quite clear that Sony is on to something with the PS3 slim launch and the price drop of a hundred american dollars.
The sales are estimated to hit between 500,000 and 600,000 when the numbers come in.
Sales in the UK increased by 999% on the week.
Japan should see the system to sale double what the system did during it's November 11th, 2006 launch week. Which was 88,000.
USA should also see the system sell over 120,000 units.
