Weekly Sales by VGChartz.com August 30th - September 5th 2009

Well the sales week is over and the numbers are in. Here they are according to VGChartz.com.
Remember these are the worldwide numbers. Not a single region.

PS3: 550,256
DS: 358,919
Wii: 181,969
X360: 162,196
PSP: 113,203
PS2: 60,552

Here are the numbers for the week ending August 29th through September 4th

PS3: 108,027
DS: 364,800
Wii: 194,905
X360: 139,484
PSP: 136,979
PS2: 63,047

As you can see the PS3 was nearly right in the middle of the 500k to 600k estimates. Not bad.
The 360 is also the only other system that is up week over week seeing a 16% increase to it's sales.
PS2 sales are back to where they were before it's price drop back in April.
