I'm currently playing FF II on the PSP.
Square-Enix got slammed with the "leveling up" system they used in this game, but I actually like that I have to actually use swords or spears to improve my characters effectiveness with them. The HP and MP usage though....not so much. Having to get beaten to improve my HP total is a true pain and kinda takes the fun out of it.
I hate not having a map to find were things are, like right now I got a boat to travel the water, but I'm stuck trying to find an island somewhere in the watery abyss. Sure they tell you were it is, but there's nothing there. Can't find how to get there and I've been everywhere. Ran into the games evil random battles. (if you're not careful you'll run into enemies that just wipe out your entire party in just 4 hits)
Anyway, I'm working on a review of the game. Hope to have it up whenever I beat the game.
